Apple Pie Run
Back Country Tour to Julian. It’s a pretty ride through the countryside with lake views and some beautiful scenery in Cuyamaca Rancho State Park. The “Pie Run” is a La Jolla Regional Group tradition, so I hope you can make it.

About the event
Past tours have stopped at the Lake Cuyamaca General Store & Coffee shop which is 14 miles from the Park & Ride. Coffee and restrooms are available. We do not have a trouble truck scheduled at this time, but we anticipate some modern cars will be on the tour that could take folks back to the trailers at the park & ride.
The tour is approximately 46 miles round trip to Julian and back. We will be taking state route 79 to the American Legion parking lot in Julian (2403 Washington St). Lunch will be on your own at the Rongbrach Restaurant (just down the street from the Legion lot) where they will be expecting us.
